Apple Picking for 2009 will begins September 4th

If you are looking for a great way to have some real family fun, visit us this fall at B.J. Reece Apple House! Show your children or friends that apples really do grow on trees and that you can pick them yourself.

All you need to do is: 2009 prices are:

1) Decide what size bag you want to take home
2) Pay for the bag.
3) Go to the orchard and pick your own bag
4) Enjoy the fresh air, mountains & scenery
5) Come back and see us next year!

½ peck - $5.00
1 peck - $8.00
½ bushel - $14.00

Fun on the Farm

  • We have an apple cannon for the sharp shooter in the family. See if you can smash the apple with one of our cannons from 500 ft. away! (Minimal fee required - open on weekends only)
  • Visit Rex and our friendly animals at our Petting Farm. But be cautious, if you scare our goats they will faint! (Minimal fee required - open everyday from 10am-5pm.)
  • Or relax and watch the kids play while listening to live Bluegrass Music on the weekends with food on the grounds. Who knows, you might get in on some line dancing or square dancing lessons!

There is a $2.00 per person charge to enter the orchard (where all the fun stuff is!)
